1. Right of Withdrawal

As established by the Consumer Protection Code, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 7 days of receiving the product. If you decide to exercise this right, please contact us at contato.bestlicencas@gmail.com and fill out the form to begin the return process. The product must be returned and completely uninstalled from your computer.

2. Factory Warranty

We offer a 1-year manufacturer's warranty on all our products. If your product develops a manufacturing defect within 1 year of receipt, you may request a refund or exchange. Please contact us to initiate the warranty process.

3. Refund Process

• Credit Card : For purchases made with a credit card, the refund process will begin within 30 business days of the request. This refund will be processed through our payment intermediary, Appmax, and the amount will be credited directly to the card used for the purchase. Upon completion of the refund, an authorization code will be generated. This code can be used to contact your card issuer for more detailed information about the refund deadline and procedure.
• PIX, Bank Slip, or Bank Deposit : If the purchase was made via PIX, bank slip, or bank deposit, the refund will be made directly to the customer's bank account. This process will begin within 10 business days of the refund request.
