The GSST (Occupational Health and Safety Management) System was developed to help you manage the safety aspects of your company, or the company where you provide occupational safety services. This system includes several tools, which are described below:
AVAILABLE TOOLS
> Collaborators
The OSH Management spreadsheet contains an employee registry, packed with extensive data and information. Registered employees will be available for selection in other spreadsheet tables, streamlining the process. This section also allows you to search for employees (CPF or RG) and obtain detailed information about each employee, including accidents, training, ASOs, PPE, risks, and more.
> Accidents
In this table, you can record all accidents that have occurred within your company for future reference and to create a dashboard, which will help you assess the overall situation of accidents within your company. This table includes information on status, description, type, time off, etc.
> Trainings
A good management spreadsheet must include training tracking. There's also an attendance list, where you select the employee and the training they completed.
> ASO
Controlling the Occupational Health Certificate is very important within a management system, and you can control it through this table.
> PPE
Register each PPE item your company owns or will receive. Then, perform incoming transactions (select supplier) and outgoing transactions (select employee). By selecting the CPF (Individual Taxpayer Registry), you can automatically generate a PPE form containing basic information about the transactions made by the CPF entered. You can also generate the PPE form by ID.
> Audits, incidents and deviations
The spreadsheet includes a table of audits (internal and external) indicating compliance and noncompliance. Additionally, the spreadsheet includes a table to report deviations and incidents that occurred for the generation of the BIRD pyramid.
> Environmental risks
Risk ranking is based on a customizable 5x5 risk matrix. You can change the matrix's default values to obtain different risk rankings (trivial, low, moderate, high, and extreme).
> Dashboards
The GSST spreadsheet has a total of 9 (nine) dashboards. The following tables have dashboards: Employees, accidents, training, PPE, fire extinguishers/hydrants, audits/deviations, action plan, and environmental risks. The spreadsheet also includes a pending dashboard, which displays all pending items (overdue, open, or scheduled).
Other tables
In addition to the tables already mentioned above, the System has:
> 5W2H action plan;
> Warnings;
> Document control;
> Fire extinguishers;
> Hydrants;
> Machinery and equipment;
> DDS;
> Inventory of chemical products;
> Vehicle maintenance control
